Nothing, it was perfect.

Easy to find. Good location just next to the Funicamp, close to the mountain lake and other place of interest i.e. Les Bons, etc. It is worth to mention over the road is nice and cheap restaurant with good food.

Poor breakfast. Wish to never paid for breakfast and have a meal across the road in restaurant instead. Small room and bathroom. This is what is Andorra about amazing place at all, but hotels are outdated slightly. Still worth to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good modern hotel across from a huge ski lift which operates year round The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good with bakery items freshly cooked that morning.

Had a fantastic Xmas break, the budget room was cosy but staff made our day with their great English and friendly smiles. Key location near transport links and ski slopes made it easy to get around. Enjoyed the breakfast and coffee offered at a cheap price.

The bathroom was a bit of a tight squeeze and the shower was a bit tricky to use without water splashing everywhere. However, these small issues were easily overlooked due to the fantastic staff and excellent location.

Best buy for the money. Rooms were cleaned every day. Friendly staff. Very cheap breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the funicamp cable car, making it easy to access the ski slopes. The staff was friendly and spoke English, providing excellent service. The rooms were clean and warm, allowing for a comfortable stay. Additionally, they offered a great breakfast to start the day.

Our stay in this hotel was very nice, the room and bathroom were small but very clean and the cleaning was every day. The hotel is cosy and just the few meters from funicular that takes you to ski resort. On the other side of the street is ski rental also the bus stop which take you to the Andorra la Vella the capital. So very good for people who want to ski. Also I have to mention very nice and friendly stuff, very helpful in any case. Besides they serve lovely breakfast with freshly baked bread and croissants. Very recommend this hotel!!!!

In the ski season could be difficult with car parking, but till 21 of December it is free. Also one thing to mention if you go by bus to the Andorra city you must to take it back till 21:30.

Convenient location near cable car and bus stop, helpful staff, good breakfast During our recent city trip, we stayed at a hotel that was perfectly located near the cable car and bus stop, making transportation a breeze. the staff were also very friendly and helpful, providing us with a great breakfast to start our days. they offered a discount on ski rentals and storage locker, making it easy and affordable for us to hit the slopes.

Small rooms, inconvenient shower, noise from the street Unfortunately, the hotel's rooms were quite small, making it a bit cramped when we had all of our luggage. the shower was also a bit inconvenient, with a narrow size and plastic curtain that made it difficult to move around.

The hotel is very well located, next to the Funicamp so you can go straight to the ski station from the hotel. The hotel rooms are very small and breakfast is very good. There is a very little of noise since the hotel is located on a main road. Generally speaking is a good hotel if you are going to ski for a weekend

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Close to ski tram, transportation was convenient. Additionally, location right next to funicamp cable car to ski slope was a huge plus. The cleanliness was impressive, with spotless clean rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

´The staff was wonderful, very helpful in everything that went bad in my stay. My daughter got ill, and I recevied a lot of help from the staff. The transfere bus, that should pic up us att half past four in the morning, didn´t stay and picked us up as was ordered. But the hotel receptionis, which I had to wake up so early in the morning, did all he could to help us in this extrem situation. He contacted the bus company and made sure that they came and collected us, so that we didn´t miss our flight. Tanks so much for all your help. I can recomend the hotel for everyone that want a economic stay and very personal greeting. The staff are very friendly and down to earth. The breakfast is lovely, and very good. If you hire skiisport equipment, you do it across the street (20m) and from there it´s just 15-20 m to the big funicamp, that will take you up to the top of the skiing resort. I will sure come back.
